No form, no app, no waiting for anyone to pick up.

  1. Step 1. A message arrives

    Someone scans the QR sticker on your counter or your bill, or simply writes to the number you have always used.

  2. Step 2. The assistant does the asking

    It asks for one thing at a time — language, day, time, who the booking is for — and every answer is a button.

  3. Step 3. Booked, and remembered

    It appears on your dashboard straight away. The customer holds an ID, and BookTide nudges them again before the day arrives.

All of that runs in हिन्दी and ગુજરાતી too, exactly the same way.

  • Books, start to finish

    Language, day, time, who the booking is for, confirmed. The whole thing happens inside the chat, in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

  • Your open times, and nothing else

    It offers a time only while that time is genuinely free. Nothing outside your hours ever appears.

  • An ID, and a way out

    Every booking ends with an ID the customer keeps. If plans change they cancel with it in the same window — no call to you.

  • A nudge before it comes round

    BookTide sends a reminder ahead of the booking. Fewer people forget, so fewer slots go to waste.

  • Answers the everyday questions

    Your hours, where you are, what you charge. Typed questions like those get an answer without anyone stepping in. This one is optional — switch it off if you would rather reply yourself.

Is this official WhatsApp?

BookTide is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, using Meta's Cloud API — the route Meta provides for businesses. There are no unofficial apps and no modified WhatsApp involved. BookTide is an independent product from Novatide Consulting and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Can I keep my number?

Yes, and that is rather the point. BookTide stays on the number you have always given out, so nothing your customers have saved goes stale. Moving it onto the WhatsApp Business Platform is part of setup, and we do that bit for you.

What do my customers need?

WhatsApp, and nothing else. No download, no sign-up, no password, nothing new to learn. They open WhatsApp the way they do fifty times a day, answer four or five buttons, and it is done.

How long until we are live?

About a week for a single location. We build it: your number, your hours, your slot lengths, the list of what you offer, when the reminder goes out. You run the whole flow yourself before it goes anywhere near a customer. Your team learns one screen.
