For service centres & workshops
Your customers book their service visit on WhatsApp. Your service desk stops chasing calls.
BookTide is an assistant that sits on your own WhatsApp number. The customer picks a day and a time, gets a booking ID, and gets a reminder before the visit — in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
In design Booking, reminders and the three languages are running today. The service-specific parts — service address, branch routing, technician updates — are not built yet, and every one of them is listed on this page.
Works in English, Hindi and Gujarati
Nothing to install — not at your end, not at your customer’s. If they have WhatsApp, they can book. Ask us and we will run a real booking on your phone while you watch.

Status of the service-centre edition

Service-centre edition — in design. The booking engine below is built and running today. The service-specific parts are not built yet, and they are listed in full further down this page. We are looking for one pilot network to build them with.
BookTide at a glance
- No app needed
- Your own WhatsApp number
- Speaks 3 languages
- Data hosted in India
The service desk spends its day on the phone
The work itself is not hard. It is the volume — and the fact that almost all of it still arrives as a phone call somebody has to pick up.
-
Summer buries the phone line
When the heat starts, every call is a booking, a reschedule, or someone asking where the technician has got to. The desk answers the same three questions all day.
-
The visit nobody confirmed
A technician travels across town and nobody is home. That trip is gone, and so is the slot someone else wanted.
-
Customers message at 11 pm
People notice the cooling has gone after dinner. If nobody answers until morning, they have already called somebody else.
Booked without a phone call
The customer does it themselves, in the chat window they already have open.
-
Step 1. They open the chat
Your customer scans the QR on your invoice or job card, or messages the same number that is already saved in their phone.
-
Step 2. They pick the day and the slot
The assistant asks in their language and offers only the slots you actually have free. Everything is a button, so nothing gets misheard.
-
Step 3. Straight to your dashboard
It lands on your dashboard, the customer keeps a booking ID they can cancel with, and a reminder reaches them before the visit is due.
Those same three steps run in English, हिन्दी or ગુજરાતી. The customer chooses in the first message and never has to choose again.
What is running today
Everything in this list works now. One centre could start on this alone, this week.
- Bookings taken on the number you already publish.
- English, Hindi and Gujarati — the customer chooses in the first message.
- A day and a time picked from the slots you actually have open.
- A confirmation carrying a booking ID.
- The customer can cancel from the same chat, without calling you.
- An automatic reminder before the visit.
- A live dashboard showing what is booked, for today and the days ahead.
- An assistant that answers typed questions about your timings, your address and the services you handle.
Not built yet — what a service network would need

This list is the scope of a pilot, and nothing on it is quietly half-done.
Where BookTide runs today
The same assistant is built, tested and going into its first clinic pilot. The booking engine, the three languages, the reminders and the dashboard are not clinic-specific — they are the same code either way. What changes for a service centre is the list above.
What it costs
Two situations, and they are not priced the same way.
One service centre — from ₹2,499 a month, the same plans as everyone else.
A network of centres — it depends on how many numbers, how many branches, and who needs to see which dashboard. Tell us how you run today and we will price it with you.
All prices exclude 18% GST. WhatsApp / Meta message charges are billed to you at cost, on your own Meta account — we add nothing on top.
The questions we get asked first
Not answered here? Ask us directly on WhatsApp — a person replies, not the assistant.
Can each centre keep its own WhatsApp number?
Yes in principle. Each number needs its own WhatsApp Business account and verification, so it is a setup question we would work through with you. Running several branches off one number is on the not-built list above.
How would several branches work today?
Honestly: one BookTide setup runs one book of slots. Branch routing is not in the product yet.
Does the assistant diagnose faults or quote a repair price?
Never. It books, confirms and reminds. Every technical judgement and every price stays with your own people.
Will it work with the system we already use?
Not today — there is no link to any CRM or ticket system. That would be scoped as part of a pilot.
How fast could we go live?
A single centre, using what exists today: days. A network with branch routing and job status is a build, and it should land before the summer season rather than during it.
Is this official WhatsApp?
BookTide is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, using Meta's Cloud API — the route Meta provides for businesses. There are no unofficial apps and no modified WhatsApp involved. BookTide is an independent product from Novatide Consulting and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Who builds this
BookTide is built by Novatide Consulting —SAP Business One · Integrations · AI Automation.
We spend our days on SAP Business One rollouts and integrations for companies where a system going down on Monday morning stops the whole business. BookTide is that same engineering, pointed at your front desk.
Tell us how your service desk runs today
Send us a message describing your setup — how many centres, how many numbers, how a booking reaches a technician now. We will tell you plainly what BookTide does today and what a pilot would have to build.
